We are looking for a Senior Product Manager for our Travel Management product team in Israel. The mission of this team is to make it as easy as possible for the Travel Admin and Travel Manager to set-up the system for maximum value for both the traveler and the company, organize and track events, understand the usage of the system, and get insights on how to configure Navan to provide even more value.
Product Managers at Navan are the key drivers of the product’s impact. We expect a deep understanding of our customers, a passion for data and data informed decisions, great communication with all stakeholders, and a drive to execute. In your product team you will work with engineers and designers to develop a product strategy and execute on a roadmap in an environment where the only constant is change.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap of the product
- Drive product features and enhancements while managing tradeoffs and relentlessly prioritizing
- Engage directly with customers and drive solutions for their evolving needs and challenges
- Collaborate daily with Design, Engineering and Go-To-Market teams through all phases of product development
- Leverage data to make informed decisions when confronted with ambiguity
- Understand technical dependencies and communicate necessary changes to Engineering counterparts
- Define and deliver on market research objectives and key performance indicators
What We’re Looking For:
- 3-4 years experience as a Product Manager preferably at a SaaS B2B company with enterprise customers
- Track record of building and scaling complex products, both in product discovery and product optimization
- Ability to gather and apply qualitative and quantitative data metrics
- Effective communication, both verbal and written, to every audience
- Prioritization hero, understand when and how to say no, or later
- Do what it takes to get things done, in a smart way
- Love travel & roller coaster rides
