Role overview
CarGurus is seeking a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the roadmap strategy and cross-functional delivery in partnership with our Enterprise Applications (EA) leaders. Your work will span across go-to-market initiatives, system implementations and revenue partnership value streams. As a Sr. TPM, you will bring deep, proven experience working with stakeholders across Product, GTM and Revenue teams, along with expertise and knowledge around Salesforce systems and capabilities. You will operate with significant autonomy and represent the Enterprise App team's technical roadmap to senior stakeholders.
What you'll do
  • Own the EA roadmap strategy and delivery for an emerging product vertical at CarGurus where you will translate ambiguous, high-stakes initiatives such as GTM launches, system implementations, revenue partnerships, into clear plans that drive significant business impact.
  • Build and maintain deep working relationships with stakeholders across Product, GTM, and Revenue functions, operating as their primary technical product partner and translating their priorities into EA's roadmap.
  • Utilize Salesforce expertise to assess feasibility, scope trade-offs, and guide architecture and delivery decisions that support long-term scalability rather than only the immediate request.
  • Partner with EA leadership and peer TPM to proactively identify and resolve cross-pillar dependencies while navigating trade-offs across the full EA portfolio
  • Apply sound judgment to prioritization in an AI-first, resource-constrained environment by identifying where automation or AI-enabled approaches can reduce delivery cost without sacrificing quality.
  • Represent EA on high-visibility, high-ambiguity initiatives where the path forward is not already defined.

What you'll bring
  • 5+ years of experience in Product Management including experience operating at a senior or strategic level.
  • Proven experience partnering with stakeholders who span Product, GTM, and Revenue functions, paired with a keen, hands-on knowledge of Salesforce systems and capabilities.
  • A track record of translating ambiguous business problems into scalable technical solutions.
  • Demonstrated experience navigating prioritization & trade-offs across competing, high-stakes stakeholder demands.
  • Comfort operating with significant autonomy and representing technical roadmap decisions to senior stakeholders.
  • Curiosity about AI-first and automation-driven approaches to delivering more with constrained engineering capacity.
