Department Summary
Our Wireless Technology organization is transforming the future of connectivity. We're doing it by building the country's first virtualized, standalone 5G wireless network from scratch. Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the Commercial strategy for IT telecom operations and billing support systems.
- Align provisioning strategies with IT, Network Engineering, and business goals, managing SIM profiles and eSIM activation.
- Collaborate with senior executives to define and track product goals and KPIs.
- Ensure scalable, reconcilable data operations to minimize revenue leakage and optimize rating/charging mechanisms for 5G products.
- Lead the development of product features across billing and provisioning in the Commercial portfolio.
- Act as the primary liaison between senior leadership, product marketing, and development teams, driving innovation and compliance.
Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; Master's or MBA preferred
- 5+ years in product management, with 5+ years in BSS or similar systems; extensive Agile experience
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with OSS and BSS, system architecture, API management, NFV, and cloud computing
- Understanding of 5G provisioning systems, IT operating systems, and service activation platforms
- Knowledge of 5G core architecture, including subscriber management, network slicing, NFV, and edge computing
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience in cross-functional teams
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with a focus on automation, optimization, and scalability
- Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related tools
Salary Ranges
Compensation: $96,250.00/Year - $137,500.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
