Scope of Work:
Capio Group is looking for an experienced and qualified Senior Technical Lead to work as a part of the team to provide Information Technology services to the client in modernizing the legacy application with a single page web-based application. This role includes defining requirements and performing all necessary development activities to enhance the existing client online system. The enhancements aim to improve performance, efficiency, stability and/or user experience.
As part of the team, the Senior Technical Lead will be responsible for tasks including but not limited to:

• Responsible for full stack secure web application development with the below technologies but not limited to following Clean Architecture & Microservices Framework:
  • Current ASP.Net Core (C#). 
  • Current Angular 
  • Typescript
  • Bootstrap
  • RESTful API
  • SSRS
  • CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap
• Provide overall technical leadership and guidance to the development team by setting technical direction, ensuring alignment with the project’s goals & objectives.
• Collaborate and obtain approvals from the Enterprise Architects, ISO, Privacy Officers & other technical stakeholders by defining & evolving the system architecture; making sure that the technical design meets the requirements, is scalable, & aligns with best practices. 
• Enforce clients coding standards & best practices within the development team and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to coding standards by configuring pull request approval process.
• Work with the scrum team to define the Definition of Done for all levels of scrum items including for User stories, sprints, release, and UAT. 
• Conduct technical planning sessions for every sprint to identify all the tasks involved in a PBI development as per the defined Acceptance Criteria.
• Collaborate with the business solutions analyst to ensure interactive mock-ups are created as per UI/UX standards in delivering the best user experience. 
• Configure Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for continuous development and deployment to higher environments.
• Identify and manage technical debt, working to minimize its impact on the project and balance the need for rapid development with the importance of maintaining a sustainable codebase. 
• Foster collaboration between the cross-functional scrum team and communicate effectively with both the technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating technical concepts into understandable language. 
• Actively participate in Scrum ceremonies, such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and backlog grooming sessions. 
• Help the team remove technical impediments and ensure adherence to client’s Hybrid Scrum principles.
• Provide mentorship & knowledge transfer to the client's staff by fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. 
• Identify technical risks early in the project & work on mitigation plans by proactively addressing technical challenges and obstacles that may impact the project timeline or quality.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and assess their relevance to the project by evaluating and recommending tools & technologies that can enhance development efficiency & product quality if client approved software cannot be leveraged. 
• Collaborate with product owners & business stakeholders to understand customer needs & priorities. 
• Ensure that technical decisions align with the overall product vision & customer expectations. 
• Configure provided code scanning tools within the CI/CD pipelines for inline, static & dynamic scans to proactively identify security vulnerabilities. 
• Ensure all the functional unit tests have been created using clients standards unit testing framework, MS Test for maximum code coverage and leverage Azure DevOps tool to automate unit tests.
• Ensure all the system integration testing is being performed and all the functional & non-functional bugs are tracked & resolved. Create and maintain all the necessary technical documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Responsible for all the duties listed for a Technical Lead as well.

1. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum of eight (8) years of experience aligning IT systems with organizational business processes. 
2. Within the last ten (10) years, at least five (5) years of aligning IT systems with organizational business processes experience must have been in a lead capacity.
3. Must possess a bachelors degree in an IT-related or Engineering field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis. A copy of the degree must be provided upon request.
4. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum eight (8) years of experience in designing, developing & implementing web- based solutions using various Microsoft .NET technologies (C# programming language is a must), Visual Studio, ASP.Net MVC, MS SQL, Containerization, MicroServices Architecture (Azure Function Apps), Azure Kubernetes Services, REST APIs, Angular, Razor, and Azure DevOps.
5. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum five (5) years of experience in designing, developing & implementing cloud-based solutions in Azure/AWS using various Microsoft .NET Technologies (C# programming language is a must)
6. Within the last ten (10) years, must have minimum  two (2) years of FTE experience with Azure Function Apps (Serverless function) development
7. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of FTE experience with Continuous Integration/Continuous Development pipeline configurations in Azure DevOps.
8. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of FTE experience with Unit Testing using Nunit, MS Test, etc.
9. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of FTE experience with Azure Resource Manager service and ARM Templates experience.
10. Within the last ten (10) years, must have a minimum three (3) years of experience using Agile/Scrum Methodologies.
11. Must be able to provide end client references (manager/supervisor level) for each applicable project from previous engagements performed within the last ten (10) years  providing services that are similar in nature and scope, and type of service.
