Meet the Team
The Cisco Wireless Feature & System Engineering team builds end-to-end wireless capabilities across access points, controllers, and cloud-managed platforms. We design features that span device software, control planes, and management systems to deliver seamless, secure, and high-performance enterprise Wi-Fi.
Your Impact
You will define and drive the technical vision for full-stack wireless systems, owning both development and validation strategy across AP, controller, and management platforms.
In this role:
Define long-term architecture for end-to-end wireless systems and validation strategies
Lead large-scale initiatives across development, testing, and system integration
Drive innovation in enterprise wireless features, quality, and reliability
Establish best practices for automation, test coverage, and system validation
Influence product direction and align cross-functional teams
Drive AI-native development and testing workflows across teams
Minimum Qualifications
12+ years of experience in wireless systems and networking
Deep expertise in enterprise Wi-Fi, security, and system architecture
Strong experience in both development and large-scale system validation
Proven track record delivering high-quality, complex systems
Strong leadership across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
Deep experience with:
Advanced roaming and mobility optimization
Mesh networking and distributed systems
Spectrum intelligence and RF analytics
QoS, scheduling, and traffic optimization
Location services and telemetry systems
