At Coforge, we are hiring Senior Technical Business Analyst (Data) (#22756) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities
• Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, Data Engineering, BI, and platform teams to define and shape data products and analytics solutions.
• Perform hands-on data profiling and source analysis across data feeds, datasets, and enterprise data warehouse structures, identifying data quality issues, reconciliation gaps, and semantic differences.
• Lead conceptual and logical data modelling for the billing and payments domain, including fact and dimension tables, ensuring scalability, historical analysis, reconciliation, and auditability.
• Define requirements for semantic layers and self-service analytics, supporting the migration of legacy SQL-based reports to Power BI dashboards built on Databricks.

Required Skills & Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in Business Analysis, with a strong focus on data-centric delivery.
• Significant experience working with Finance or Insurance systems.
• Strong hands-on experience with data profiling, data analysis, and source-to-target mapping.
• Experience with fact and dimensional data modelling.
• Strong understanding of data warehouse and lakehouse architectures.
• Experience with Databricks or equivalent big-data platforms.
• Experience with semantic models, BI layers, and Power BI-based analytics.
• Strong understanding of insurance data, including policy, claims, underwriting, billing, premiums, and collections.
• Experience with payment platform migrations and analytics modernization initiatives.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2+/C1).

Preferred Skills
• Experience operating at Lead Business Analyst or domain-owner level.
• Experience with dbt and Gold-layer transformation logic.
• Experience defining data products and API-driven data services.
• Experience with data standardization initiatives and enterprise reporting migrations.
• Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
