Job descriptionMeet our Team
Hitachi Digital Services Vietnam is part of a 300 strong global delivery network, supporting Hitachi Digital Services around the globe. Our employees collaborate with teams in Japan, India, Portugal, and the US, servicing customers worldwide and working on a huge variety of projects. From cloud migration to digital modernization and advanced analytics, offering operational excellence, agile delivery, and plenty of energy to work on huge transformation projects for our customers.
What you’ll be doing
Act as a technical bridge between Japanese clients and engineering teams, communicating complex topics clearly in Japanese.
Manage technical requirements, clarify specifications, and align business processes with stakeholders.
Drive maintenance and improvement activities, including issue investigation and system enhancements.
Prepare technical documents and respond effectively to client inquiries.
Combine BrSE and project management responsibilities to ensure smooth delivery and communication.
What you bring to the team
Bachelor/Master’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Information Technology or related technical discipline.
5+ years of experience as a BrSE or in equivalent positions.
Solid knowledge of software development with practical experience.
Proven experience leading teams and managing client-facing projects.
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working onsite in Japan or with Japanese enterprise clients.
Japanese: Business/native level (JLPT N2/JLPT N1).
Good English is a plus.
