ABOUT THE POSITION
Responsibilities- Participate in production meetings to identify and address potential technical challenges related to digital content creation.
- Support and monitor early-stage reviews (e.g., concept and animation) to detect issues and facilitate cross-team discussions for resolution.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams on the development and implementation of new materials, new tools and technical setups.
- Maintain clear and up-to-date documentation on technical workflows, tools, and pipelines.
- Manage and track quality assurance tickets, ensuring timely assignment and resolution by coordinating with relevant teams.
- Work closely with production to maintain efficient workflows and clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate updates related to tools, infrastructure, and network configurations to ensure smooth production operations.
- Foundational experience or education in programming, technical art, game development, or a related field.
- Strong internal drive for solving problems, curiosity and eagerness to learn.
- Have generic knowledge in full 3D character art workflows (modeling, rigging, and animation) using one or more popular DDC software (Maya, 3DS Max, Blender, or similar)
- Comfortable in using or learning project tracking and documentation tools (e.g., JIRA, Notion, Airtable).
- Have experience tinker with scripting or automation skills in any language (Python, C#, Typescript) or automation framework (n8n, power automate)
- Familiar with version control systems (Git, SVN, Perforce).
- Have experiences in debugging PC and Windows issue and interest in internet networking’s trouble shooting.
- Strong communication in English and Vietnamese and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise among artists, producers, and clients.
- Detail-oriented and well organized, able to juggle multiple tasks.
- Demonstrate a strong desire in ownership of workflow, process and client facing communication.
