As a Senior Technical Account Manager at Axonius, you will guide customers through the post-sale journey to maximize their use of the Axonius platform. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for a book of business, providing strategic and hands-on guidance. This role requires collaboration with internal teams like Product Management and Engineering to ensure positive customer outcomes.
Responsibilities
Own the post-sale technical relationship with customers and provide strategic guidance on best practices for platform deployment and health.
Lead customer meetings and QBRs, and serve as the main liaison between customers and internal teams to drive customer-specific initiatives.
Mitigate customer risk by documenting and escalating issues to improve account health and sentiment.
Provide technical training and support, including demonstrating new product features and troubleshooting issues for customers.
Minimum Qualifications
Four or more years of customer-facing experience in cybersecurity technology, including areas such as asset management, vulnerability management, and endpoint security.
Hands-on experience with technologies in at least two of the following categories: Endpoint Security, Network Security, Vulnerability Management, SaaS Security, or Identity Security.
Proficiency with internet protocols, data formats (JSON, CSV, SQL), and networking components.
Experience presenting technical information to C-level executives.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with security and compliance frameworks such as NIST, ISO, CIS, PCI DSS, or SOC 2.
Experience leading internal enablement training sessions for other technical teams.
Experience proactively identifying new use cases within a customer's environment.
Knowledge of multiple languages, including German and Spanish.
Experience with REST APIs.
Experience capturing and documenting feature requests for a product team.
Languages:
Fluency in German or Spanish is advantageous
