This is why the successful performance of our Talent Acquisition (TA) team is highly important.
As a Senior TA Specialist, you will contribute to reaching the team’s main goal: attracting and employing the right talent for Vinted, while ensuring a great candidate experience. You will do this by applying your strong hiring competences, effectively partnering with your Hiring Managers, implementing best hiring practices and partnering with other teams on various projects.
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist you will focus on Engineering roles across our Group, Marketplace, Payments and Vinted Go units. If you're excited to contribute to our team's efforts in supporting our organization's growth, we would love to meet you.
Note. This role is offered as a 12-months fixed-term contract initially. There may be an opportunity for the position to be made permanent in the future, depending on business needs.
- Partner with Hiring Managers to define hiring needs and ensure a seamless hiring process to attract the right talent.
- Lead the end-to-end hiring process, including job posting, proactive candidate sourcing, conducting interviews, and extending offers.
- Build effective candidate talent pools through proactive sourcing, job boards, employee referrals, social media & employer branding campaigns, and networking events.
- Coach Hiring Managers and Interviewers on effective hiring techniques and interview best practices to ensure great candidate experience.
- Track and report on key hiring metrics to ensure efficient recruitment processes, while providing a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
- Analyze inefficiencies in the hiring process, identify opportunities for enhancement, and lead process improvements in the hiring workflow
- Lead Talent Acquisition initiatives, such as process improvement projects or recruitment campaigns.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and innovative candidate evaluation tools to maintain a competitive edge in talent acquisition.
- Previous experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter (preferably in a start-up/scale-up environment)
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates using LinkedIn and other recruitment tools
- Proven experience partnering with Hiring Managers at different levels, with the ability to coach and influence toward better hiring outcomes
- Ability to interpret talent data and communicate hiring recommendations to Hiring Managers for data-driven hiring decisions
- Strong skills in candidate engagement and relationship building
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to collaborate across teams and levels
