Build and maintain Ruby-based money movement, migration, and payout systems for Vinted Pay. Orchestrate durable Temporal workflows, develop revenue-stream capabilities, write unit and integration tests, monitor production services, and support 99.99% availability through observability and on-call participation. Own features end to end, from ambiguous requirements and technical proposals through implementation, deployment, and ongoing monitoring. Use AI-assisted development tools and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams.

Partners with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to improve search relevance and buyer conversion. Defines metrics, hypotheses, tracking requirements, and experiment guardrails; analyzes A/B tests; investigates anomalies and root causes; and builds dashboards in tools such as Looker. Provides evidence-based recommendations and ensures initiatives have clear success criteria and decision rules.

Partner with product managers, data scientists, and engineers to improve search relevance and buyer conversion. Identify opportunities, define metrics, formulate hypotheses, design and analyze A/B experiments, diagnose metric changes, and build dashboards in tools such as Looker. Plan, execute, analyze, and optimize video and paid acquisition campaigns across YouTube, social media, and programmatic platforms. Develop budgets and media plans, monitor performance, apply campaign insights, and collaborate with Offline Marketing, Data Science, Analytics, and Creative teams to improve reach, measurement, and business growth across multiple markets.

Investigate, resolve, document, and respond to complex escalated payment complaints. Develop tailored solutions that balance customer satisfaction, company policies, and financial regulations. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including legal, senior management, and PR teams, while translating recurring customer issues into actionable product and policy insights.

Own the end-to-end management of Vinted Go’s international BPO and agency network. Responsibilities include vendor onboarding, contracts, SLAs, KPI and quality management, performance reporting, budget ownership, forecasting, cost optimization, and corrective action planning. The role establishes governance, processes, playbooks, and reporting standards across countries while partnering with acquisition, finance, and leadership teams to drive scalable sales performance.

Own Vinted Go’s international BPO partner network, including vendor relationships, contracts, SLAs, performance KPIs, reporting, budgets, and cost optimization. Build standardized governance, dashboards, operating playbooks, and escalation processes across agencies and markets. Partner with acquisition leadership to set targets, improve quality and productivity, manage corrective actions, and support expansion into new countries while maintaining productive stakeholder and agency relationships.

Lead reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence for ML Platform services. Responsibilities include maintaining the Feature Store, supporting model deployment, managing self-hosted Langfuse, defining SLOs and alerts, responding to incidents, reducing toil, capacity planning, building operational tooling, and communicating reliability risks. Collaborate with MLOps, data infrastructure, production engineering, and platform users.

Lead reliability, scalability, observability, and operational excellence for Vinted’s ML Platform. Responsibilities include SLOs, alerting, incident response, capacity planning, automation, on-call support, feature store reliability, Langfuse maintenance, deployment tooling, experimentation integration, and stakeholder communication. Collaborate with MLOps, data infrastructure, production engineering, and data science teams to enable dependable ML model deployment and platform services.

Design, implement, evaluate, and maintain product taxonomies, ontologies, navigation structures, metadata, and product attributes across Vinted’s marketplace. Collaborate with product, engineering, data science, research, legal, and other teams to improve search, listing quality, item discovery, and machine-learning classification. Document taxonomy standards, governance workflows, and data models while balancing buyer and seller needs.

Leads daily operations across 6–10 parcel centres in the Netherlands, managing teams, workforce planning, recruitment, training, KPIs, customer service, compliance, safety, carrier handovers, audits, and operational improvements. The role supports new centre launches, resolves incidents, develops revenue opportunities, and provides hands-on assistance during peak periods. Frequent travel between parcel centres is required.
