- Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting with the development and maintenance of SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions in a leadership role
- Significant IIQ Enterprise experience required
- IIQ Beanshell, Java, JSP, HTML, understanding of TomCat, JBOSS required (This may differ for eBay not sure)
- Perform configuration, programming, testing, and documentation in a complex enterprise IIQ deployment with many custom rules in PRE-PRODUCTION environments only
- Perform application onboarding tasks and support other team members in PRE-PRODUCTION environments only
- Troubleshoot complex issues with identity cubes, rules, workflows, roles, tasks, and refreshes and propose solutions
- Review and support technical components for complex applications, monitoring of infrastructure components
- Manage change control documents to submit proper changes to be promoted from lower to upper regions
- Provide thorough incident investigation, diagnosis, and resolution
- Communicate effectively with peers, quality control, testing, and other technology teams
- 4 years of relevant IAM experience working with IIQ 7.x , Identity integrations, including Active Directory, Databases, Logical apps, and others
- Identity & Access Governance knowledge including Role based access control, access requests and certification
- Experience with scripting (JavaScript, PowerShell) and SQL queries
