Technical Product Management (TPM) position needed to support the build of Prior Authorization capabilities for Utilization Management Modernization program. TPMs are critical to the success of this program, along with ensuring they support the scrum teams, they are responsible for building the team backlog. The work supported by this role directly impacts clinical workflows, data routing, regulatory readiness, and enterprise infrastructure deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of technical product management experience supporting the delivery of complex software or platform products in Agile environments
- Proven solid technical foundation with the ability to collaborate closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and data science teams on system architecture, data pipelines, and AI/ML-enabled solutions
- Proven product leadership skills contributing to product vision and roadmaps while managing backlogs, prioritizing features and user stories, and supporting high-quality delivery
- Proven solid stakeholder management skills, building trusted relationships with business and technology partners and communicating product strategy, tradeoffs, and progress to key stakeholders
- Proven ability to operate in complex, regulated environments (e.g., healthcare) and quickly learn domain operations, business rules, and user workflows
- Proven solid execution and delivery discipline, including backlog refinement, system demos, risk identification, continuous improvement, and supporting a culture of innovation across the product portfolio
