The Role
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Managing the day-to-day activities of the team.
- Motivating the team to achieve organizational goals.
- Developing and implementing a timeline to achieve targets.
- Delegating tasks to team members
- Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential
- Empower team members with skills to improve their confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills.
- Conducting quarterly performance reviews.
- Contributing to the growth of the company through a successful team.
- Create a pleasant working environment that inspires the team.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Proven leadership experience in a BPO Healthcare set-up for 3 years and up.
- Experience as a Senior Team Lead in a BPO set-up
- Proven knowledge of ASA, CSAT, AHT
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Excellent people management
- Excellent communication Skills
- Demonstrable analytical skillset
- Organized & Self-Motivated
- Results-Oriented
- Confidence and skillful negotiating skills.
- Strong organizational skills to give the team direction.
- Set goals for the team to achieve.
Understand and communicate all the organization's items, activities, processes, and standards to the team.
