You are a specialist in compensation processes in Mondelēz International Digital Services, working to support impeccable service operations in the area of compensation. You will drive the end-to-end implementation of annual rewards programs: annual budget, salary range setting, merit matrix creation and completion of the annual rewards cycle (salary and bonus review).
How you will contribute
  • Delivery of the cyclical activities
  • Drive compliance and best-practice delivery and operations processes; reviewing and recommending changes maximizing technology
  • Support the management of employee data and leveraging on our systems
  • Analyzes and understands internal data in identifying opportunity areas in the organziation
  • Manage key external partnerships and relationships
  • Staying abreast of market trends
  • Collaborate with our shared service center workstreams for optimal delivery

What you will bring
  • Proven compensation experience (compensation cycle preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills
  • Action-orientated with a proactive, "can-do" attitude
  • Detail-oriented and have expertise in Microsoft office tools (especially Excel)
  • Solid knowledge of rewards principles and rewards cycle
  • Experience in job evaluation and job matching
  • HR or Business degree qualification, or equivalent experience
