What You’ll Do
- As a Senior Tax Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the preparation and analysis of tax provisions and compliance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the preparation of quarterly and annual global tax provisions, including federal, state, international, and joint venture components.
- Partnering closely with Tax Managers and leadership to calculate effective tax rates, analyze tax impacts, and prepare supporting documentation in line with ASC 740 (training available if needed).
- Assisting with U.S. federal and state income tax compliance for corporate and partnership entities.
- Helping to resolve audit matters and ensure tax positions are appropriately documented and supported.
- Contributing to automation and process improvement initiatives as the tax department continues to grow and modernize.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Tax (CPA a plus but not required).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience; a combination of public accounting and corporate tax experience preferred, but public-only candidates are welcome.
- Exposure to large-company environments (ideally $500M+ in revenue).
- Experience with tax software such as ONESOURCE or similar systems.
- Strong analytical and Excel skills, with a process-oriented mindset.
- A proactive, curious approach—someone who enjoys improving systems and digging into details
