We’re seeking a Senior Tax Analyst to join our Corporate Tax team. This role offers the opportunity to engage in a wide range of tax work within a large, established organization—while contributing to continuous improvement and modernization of our tax processes.
What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Tax Analyst, you'll play a key role in research, reporting, and compliance while supporting strategic initiatives across the organization. You'll have visibility across the finance organization and the opportunity to influence process improvements that strengthen compliance and reduce risk.- Prepare and review various international tax forms including 5471, 8858 and 1118, dual consolidated loss reporting, country-by-country reporting in the US and globally, and foreign bank account reporting
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual foreign tax credit, Subpart F, GILTI and BEAT calculations
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual Pillar 2 calculation and assist with global Pillar 2 compliance
- Prepare and review quarterly and annual foreign tax provisions including annual return to provision workpapers for the foreign group companies
- Train new foreign team members in the use of OneSource foreign tax provision software and provide ongoing support to the foreign teams
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns
- Analyze tax accounts and reconcile to the general ledger
- Resolve tax issues and controversies through applied and directed research
- Support quarterly and annual financial reporting requirements
- Respond to tax authority inquiries and support audits
What You’ll Bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field
- 6+ years of corporate tax or public accounting (tax) experience
- 2+ years of public accounting experience in international tax strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal and state income tax regulations
- Experience preparing complex tax returns and supporting schedules
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- CPA or Master of Business Taxation preferred
- Experience supporting SEC or public company reporting
- Familiarity with ERP systems and tax software
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
