Position Responsibilities
- Manage tax records and filings for U.S. S-Corporation and partnership returns, including related schedules, reports, quarterly estimated payments and extensions.
- Oversee shareholder tax matters, including maintaining individual tax records and reviewing individual income tax returns.
- Analyze fixed asset reporting and tax depreciation calculations to support accurate tax reporting.
- Research complex tax issues, evaluate requirements and communicate findings to the team to support accurate, timely filings.
- Guide and develop Income Tax Accountants with return preparation, providing direction and sharing knowledge.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- 4+ years of tax or public accounting experience.
- Experience with S-Corporation, partnership and individual tax returns.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
