What do we need

Are you a recruiter who thrives in high-growth SaaS environments?
We’re looking for an In-House Talent Partner (360 Recruiter) to own end-to-end hiring across Product & Technology, hiring for software engineering positions such as Full-Stack Engineers, DevOps, Product Managers with a scientific/SaaS background through to Test engineering,  you may also have experience in other functions as you will need to be comfortable being a flex player, working on other jobs when volume is high. You’ll be the go-to partner for stakeholders, driving fast-paced hiring across the US, UK, EMEA and Canadian markets, while influencing leaders and shaping how we hire world-class talent.

In this role you will get to 

  • Own Full-Cycle Hiring : Manage/own the entire recruitment process—from intake with hiring managers to offer stage.
  • Stakeholder Partnering: Build strong, trusted relationships with leaders and hiring managers, guiding them on market insights, hiring strategies, and best practices.
  • Pipeline/Talent Pool Ownership: Drive candidate pipelines through direct sourcing, outreach, referrals, and market mapping—no hand-offs here!!
  • High-Volume Execution: Manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced SaaS environment, balancing speed with quality of hiring process, interviews and hire.
  • Market Expertise: Act as a subject-matter expert on multiple geo in tech hiring markets—understanding trends, market challenges, compensation, and where the best talent lives.
  • Influence & Advise: Collaborate, advise and influence stakeholders, ensuring alignment on expectations and driving better hiring outcomes.
  • Candidate Experience: Deliver an exceptional, human-centred candidate journey at every touchpoint.

We are looking for people with  8+ years of 360 recruitment experience in Product & Engineering, ideally  in-house within SaaS or high-growth tech companies, you may also have a background as a successful sourcer in the SaaS environment or as a successful agency tech recruiter looking to make the move as an  in-house recruiter.  You will be experienced working in a globally distributed team and supporting hiring teams in different time zones, and can demonstrate scaling a high-growth SaaS company by hiring the people who build our future.
You can demonstrate you have successfully owned your market, your process, and your relationships.

The key skills we are looking for: 

  • High-Volume Recruiter: Proven success managing multiple requisitions in fast-paced environments in SaaS software engineering
  • Talent Pools & Sourcing: Proven success of self sourcing and building meaningful pipelines/talent pools 
  • Metrics-Driven Impact: You understand and track key recruiting metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline health, conversion rates, quality of hire) and know how to translate them into business impact—using data to influence stakeholders, improve processes, and drive successful hiring outcomes.
  • Market-Savvy: Deep knowledge of multiple geos in SaaS Product & Technology (Software)  talent markets, including where to find and how to attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Influencer: Strong communication and influencing skills; you can coach, challenge, and guide hiring managers effectively.
  • Self-Starter: You’re proactive, adaptable, highly organised, and thrive in a scale-up environment where priorities move quickly.
  • Flex-Player: While your focus will be Product and Tech,  you will be a flex player in a small team, and should be comfortable working on other roles in the business 
  • Candidate Advocate: You care about delivering an excellent candidate experience while moving fast.
  • Technology: You are proficient in an ATS (Greenhouse Preferred) and HIRS systems (Workday preferred)

You may also have experience in 

  • Pre and Onboarding: You know what a great experience looks like and can manage candidates from offer acceptance to first day
  • Career Frameworks and Levels: Knowledge of working with careers frameworks, levels and compensation bands. 
  • Other Markets: Deep experience in other markets such as Life Science / Technology / IT Services / Consulting / Fintech
