We’re looking for a Senior Talent Attraction & Experience Manager to help us thoughtfully grow our team by attracting and hiring individuals who are not only highly capable, but who genuinely care about delivering on promises to our clients when it matters most.

This is an experienced individual contributor role, working closely with leaders and executives to shape hiring strategies, build strong talent pipelines, and create a welcoming, high-quality experience for every future colleagues, from our open jobs messaging to first conversation through onboarding.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead full-cycle recruiting with a focus on quality, consistency, and meaningful candidate experiences
  • Partner closely with leaders to understand business goals and identify the talent needed to support our continued growth
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, bringing insight, perspective, and guidance throughout the hiring process
  • Build authentic relationships with candidates, ensuring each interaction reflects our people-first culture
  • Proactively source and engage talent who align with our values and commitment to excellence
  • Create a seamless transition from offer acceptance through onboarding, helping new colleagues feel connected and set up for success
  • Use data and metrics to track progress, inform decisions, and continuously improve outcomes
  • Champion thoughtful, inclusive, and effective hiring practices
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and a consistent, high-quality hiring experience

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the insurance or professional services industry
  • A passion for connecting great people with meaningful opportunities
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to establish trust with leaders, colleagues, and candidates
  • A consultative, thoughtful approach: you listen well, ask great questions, and provide  sound guidance
  • A balance of execution and strategy: you follow through while always looking for ways to improve
  • Experience working in a metrics-driven environment, using data to guide decisions and measure success
  • Excellent communication skills and a high level of attention to detail
  • A genuine commitment to creating a positive, respectful, and engaging experience for others
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity with the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, make sound decisions with limited information, and confidently pivot or provide thoughtful pushback when needed to achieve the best hiring outcomes.
