Senior Talent and Learning Specialist
The Senior Talent and Learning Specialist in Global Learning at Marsh is responsible for managing, designing and executing learning solutions that foster a culture of growth among colleagues. This role involves project management, independent work, and strong collaboration with various stakeholders. Reporting to the Global Leadership, Programs, and Curriculum Development Lead, the position is part of the Global Learning team within the Careers Center of Expertise, focused on delivering innovative, scaled solutions to meet organizational needs.

Demonstrate experience in leadership development, project management, and coordinating training initiatives across multiple stakeholders.
Effectively manage relationships, leveraging communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Talent Partners, HR and business functions, to drive learning initiatives.
Apply a strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies, resulting in best-in-class Leadership Development, People Management, and Professional Development content.
Analyze and synthesize data around program performance and financial metrics related to training programs and vendor management.
Awareness of regional business strategies and how they align with global talent development initiatives.
Excellent analytical skills to assess training needs and evaluate program effectiveness.
What you need to have:
Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Education, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in Leadership, Learning, and Program Management with diverse delivery methods.
Proven ability to conduct capability gap analyses and utilize data to inform training strategies.
Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
