About The Role

Talent Advisors at Innovapptive are trusted advisors to our stakeholders and leaders. We partner with them to coach and advise them on attraction, selection, and hiring of talent.

We recruit to a very high level and standard. If you see yourself as one of the best technology recruiters in India, then we want to hear from you. This role will be based in Hyderabad.

Recruiter Skill-Based Requirements:

Your network and experience is in hiring for technology organizations like Innovapptive in India. While we have strong passive sourcing channels, those who find success in sourcing their own candidates perform best. This is a core requirement. Candidate management, screening, and closing skills need to be exceptional. You're experienced at multiple hiring approaches; pool-based hiring and bulk hiring for product organizations are core requirements.
