Responsibilites
- Responsible for managing and handling end to end recruitment process in find and fulfil the fit talent of the organisation needs
- Working closely with Hiring Managers to fulfil their request and understand their needs
- Create attractive job advertisements through powerful and persuasive words to find the right candidates
- Manage candidate and hiring manager relationships, providing a positive experience from initial contact through onboarding
- Working closely to other HR function regarding to the recruitment process
- Creating and propose the salary package and resposible for offering until negotiate to the candidate until closing
- Managing recruitment tracking and utilize the system in order to accurate and on time report submisson
- Responsible of all recruitment administration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology major in any reputable university
- Min. 5 years experience as recruiter for handling various level especially senior level
- Having exposure and understanding of logistics and startup industry is preferably
- Proven track record of successfully closing positions in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and negotiation
- Target oriented and having experience to work with SLA
- Preferably experience for hiring in Logistics / Supply Chain Operations
- Fluent in english is a must
