This role will be responsible for coordinating the recruitment process for internal and external roles across Novotech.
Responsibilities- Coordinate the new starter, separation and employee change processes, and ensure all steps are taken in the required time frame.
- Provide administrative and helpdesk support for Performance Management and other HR systems.
- Provide support in compensation, benefits and engagement activities.
- Assist with generating various Human Resources reports, including maintaining organisational charts.
- Provide general administration support to the Human Resources team as required with ad hoc projects.
- May maintain or ensure the maintenance of up-to-date position descriptions for the organisation.
- Sending out Employee Agreement to Selected Candidates.
- Creating New Employee records and Updating Bamboo HR.
- Completing Onboarding task list and coordinating with them for completion for new starter forms.
- Updating monthly payroll tracker.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
- Assist in performance management processes.
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Drafting HR/employee changes/promotion letters updating them in Bamboo, system admins and payroll tracker.
- Maintain records of personnel-related data.
- Handling Offboarding by providing the termination/resignation/relieving letters. Updating the same in Bamboo and payroll tracker.
- Updating the personal details in Bamboo HR for Indian EE.
- Responding to internal and external HR related inquiries or requests and help.
- Redirecting HR related calls or distribute correspondence to the appropriate person of the team.
- Applicants will ideally be educated to degree level.
- 5 years’+ experience in-house and/or agency recruitment in a corporate environment.
- High degree of familiarity and competence with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of server-based applicant tracking systems.
- Personal integrity and respect for confidential information.
- Self-organized and methodical with a sense of urgency.
- An excellent relationship builder with the ability to influence and partner with senior stakeholders.
- Strong Communication Skills – both written and verbal.
- High level of initiative and ability to work independently.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
