On behalf of our client, a well-established company in the manufacturing industry, we are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist.

Main Responsibilities

  • Define and implement sourcing strategies to build talent pipelines
  • Support the full-cycle recruitment process from start to offer
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements/job descriptions are accurate
  • Contribute towards creating an excellent candidate experience
  • Attend careers and university events

Requirements
  • BA degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field; MA in Human Resources will be an asset
  • Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the Tech Industry or Manufacturing Industry
  • Familiar with the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
  • Strong experience with sourcing using internet job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Greek
  • Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel
  • Very good communication skills
  • Strong sense of integrity and accountability
  • Willingness to take initiative and drive results
  • Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking
  • Very good planning and time-management skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset

Skills Required
