The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and own full-cycle recruitment across marketing and growth functions.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong product and marketing mindset who can balance speed and quality, work autonomously, and confidently handle complex and non-standard hiring challenges in a fast-growing mobile app environment.

You will work closely with hiring managers and leadership to build high-performing marketing teams, including roles such as User Acquisition, Creative, and Product Marketing, directly impacting the company’s growth.

What You’ll Do:

- Own end-to-end recruitment process: intake, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, and hiring decisions.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify role expectations, success profiles, and hiring priorities.
- Hire across multiple specializations (tech, product, marketing, creative, operations, etc.).
- Proactively source and engage candidates through LinkedIn and other channels.
- Drive hiring for complex and business-critical roles, including senior and niche profiles.
- Ensure a strong candidate experience and clear communication throughout the process.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate hiring data and contribute to recruitment analytics and reporting.
- Support onboarding handover and ensure smooth candidate transitions into teams.

What We’re Looking For:

3–5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in product companies with a focus on mobile apps, performance marketing, or growth teams.

- Proven experience hiring for marketing and growth roles, such as User Acquisition Managers, Creative Producers, PMMs, or similar positions.

- Strong sourcing skills, including creative and non-traditional approaches to identify and engage top marketing talent in competitive markets.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and proactive outreach, with the ability to build pipelines for hard-to-fill marketing roles.

- Experience hiring in mobile app environments, with understanding of key functions such as user acquisition, creatives, product marketing, and growth.

- Ability to leverage AI tools in recruitment (e.g. sourcing, outreach personalization, market research, process optimization).

- Strong ability to assess candidates beyond CVs, including marketing expertise, business impact, creativity, data-driven mindset, and cultural fit.

- Experience managing multiple roles simultaneously in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

- Previous experience in EdTech, Health & Fitness, iGaming, or other subscription-based B2C products will be a plus.

- English — B2 or higher.
