At Adient, we are proud to offer hybrid working to our employees, which involves being able to work remotely for up to 3 days per week based on the agreement within specific department.
What will your responsibilities be?

  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle of highly complex, unique and dissimilar positions at different leadership levels across several functions and business groups, such as Engineering, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, Program Management and Quality
  • Assist managers in validating position requirements and provide consultative feedback and direction about external labor market conditions, candidate needs, and sourcing and candidate selection strategy
  • Source candidates by using various channels, screen and assess candidates and lead through interview process together with hiring manager
  • Manage candidate relationships effectively to ensure a positive experience throughout
  • Prioritize the urgency and importance of your requisition load and build diverse pipelines of qualified candidates for critical roles
  • Participate at regional job fairs to represent Adient together with leaders from our business groups

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or equivalent through experience
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in corporate and/or search firm recruiting, including sourcing and full life cycle recruiting
  • Competence in developing digital candidate sourcing strategies
  • High technological aptitude in managing direct sourcing tools and ATS systems; Workday knowledge preferred
  • Advanced Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of regional recruiting & staffing laws
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and intercultural competence
  • Fluent English language skills; other languages advantageous
