We are seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including an understanding of labor laws, cultural differences, and region-specific hiring strategies to lead and oversee the recruitment process for top-tier talent across various departments. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of talent acquisition trends, a strong network, and the ability to build relationships with both internal teams and potential candidates. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, assessing, and hiring professionals to meet organizational staffing needs.
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring for a variety of positions across the company.
Strong knowledge of recruitment practices, including labor laws, cultural differences, and region-specific hiring strategies is preferred.
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
Leverage multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to attract diverse candidates.
Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide feedback to hiring managers on suitability.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, compensation practices, and best practices in recruitment.
Ensure a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reporting to leadership.
Mentor and train junior recruitment team members, fostering a collaborative and results-driven team environment.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key talent pipelines and external recruitment agencies.
Qualification:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years or above of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment additionally international recruitment.
Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles, including senior and specialized positions.
Strong understanding of recruitment software and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
In-depth knowledge of employment laws and hiring best practices.
