DLK Group is looking for a dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from the first point of contact to final client approval. This position demands a proactive professional capable of handling a high volume of interactions and administrative tasks within a rapid, agile environment. Key Responsibilities
- Audit job descriptions for accuracy and completeness, collaborating with Business Development teams to resolve gaps and finalise interview strategies.
- Distribute updated role specifications to external sourcing agencies and partners.
- Identify and engage potential candidates for open positions, prioritising the utilization of existing talent databases.
- Evaluate incoming resumes against specific role criteria to ensure a strong match.
- Perform technical assessments and conduct interviews to gauge candidate suitability.
- Manage the digital onboarding of candidate profiles and documentation into internal tracking systems.
- Foster continuous and transparent communication with applicants throughout the entire hiring journey.
- Keep real-time records of candidate status, open vacancies, and recruitment pipeline stages.
- Actively cultivate and expand the organization's internal talent reservoir.
Requirements
Experience
- A minimum of three years in a senior-level recruitment role, preferably within the Information Technology sector.
Core Competencies:
- Demonstrated self-motivation, determination, and adaptability to shifting priorities and fast-paced workflows.
- Exceptional ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in negotiation and managing candidate relationships.
- Cultural awareness and experience recruiting across diverse geographic regions and talent markets.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platforms, with SharePoint knowledge being a plus.
- Background in Public Sector recruitment.
- Working knowledge of technical skill sets and IT role frameworks.
