Location: Buenos Aires, Argentina (On-site)

Position Overview:
The Senior TA Specialist will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and hiring exceptional candidates to support our business objectives across the Latin American market. This individual will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, building strategic partnerships with hiring managers, and delivering a stellar candidate experience. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruiting within the LATAM region and a deep understanding of regional market trends and talent landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy tailored to specific roles.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering processes for various functions and levels within the organization.

  • Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline and network of potential candidates for current and future needs.

  • Conduct in-depth candidate assessments to ensure qualifications meet job requirements and align with company culture and values.

  • Stay informed of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to ensure our recruitment practices are current and competitive.

  • Develop strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients to provide consultative guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.

  • Ensure compliance with all hiring policies and procedures, as well as any relevant legal requirements.

  • Collaborate with HR and Talent Acquisition teams to promote diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on the LATAM region.

  • Ability to come to the office 5 days a week (Monday-Friday)

  • Demonstrated success in hiring for a variety of roles and levels within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Strong understanding of LATAM labor markets and employment practices.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels.

  • Proven ability to source and attract a diverse pool of candidates using innovative and creative sourcing techniques.

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment-related software.

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required; proficiency in Portuguese is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
