As our new Senior Recruiter, you'll masterfully manage a portfolio of 7-10 roles while helping us revolutionize our recruitment processes. Your expertise will be crucial in leveraging technology and innovative strategies to create a more efficient, strategic, and human-centered talent acquisition function."

How will you make an impact?

  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to assess requirements and devise innovative recruiting strategies to engage and interview top-notch talent in the competitive market.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs, balancing 6-7 roles per quarter.
  • Develop and launch creative strategies to source candidates via LinkedIn, your network, and other tools—curating personalized, human messages to candidates.
  • Conduct thorough performance and behavioral-based interviews and phone screens to assess the technical and non-technical skills needed to succeed in GOBankingRates' environment.
  • Take a consultative approach to recruitment and provide strategic recommendations to hiring managers.
  • Build relationships with candidates through the hiring process and their experience at GOBankingRates.
  • Maintain regular and consistent communication with both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Execute efficient hiring processes and ensure a high-touch candidate experience to deliver high-quality candidates and meet hiring goals.
  • Craft honest, accurate, and compelling job descriptions consistent throughout all departments.
  • Maintain data on applicants within the ATS throughout the recruitment process and communicate actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Use data in all recruitment activities—an excellent storyteller who can inform on market insights, influence decision-making, and help shape and drive recruitment strategy.

What you’ll bring to the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in Recruitment or Talent Acquisition 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills to navigate competing priorities
  • Proven ability to work comfortably under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple groups of people and personalities


The salary range for this role is $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus opportunities. Pay offered may vary within the posted range based on a number of factors including but not limited to job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location.
