What You Will Be Doing:
- Recruit top talent across Energy Market
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of candidates for future roles within the organization
- Must be able to work well within a team setting as well as be able to work independently
- Identify candidates using LinkedIn, applicant tracking systems, and other sourcing tools
- Conduct initial screenings and coordinate early-stage candidate evaluations
- Support recruiters and hiring managers with outreach and scheduling
- Maintain accurate candidate data and records within recruiting systems
- Collaborate with HR partners and hiring managers to meet hiring needs
- Assist in ensuring a smooth and consistent candidate experience
- Drive positive candidate experiences and align with existing team’s recruiting process
Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of successful recruiting experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Management, Human Resources, or other relevant experience
- Experience in the engineering and architectural consulting industry preferred
- Strong interviewing, communication, organizational,and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using recruiting tools (i.e. internet job boards, networking and social media).
- Knowledge of Lever or other ATS systems
- Must possess problem-solving and analytical skills, initiative and the ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple deadlines
- An understanding of OFCCP requirements, civil and energy engineering
