Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in supporting Sales teams and a passion for building scalable, high-impact recruitment strategies. This is a high-visibility, individual contributor role where you’ll lead full-cycle hiring efforts and help shape the future of our sales talent strategy.
You’ll work to proactively solve challenges, and serve as a mentor to junior team members. You may also take on coordination responsibilities, helping organize team efforts to meet hiring goals and operational deadlines.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Partner with Sales leadership to understand hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
Refine scalable recruitment processes for sales functions, from sourcing to onboarding.
Manage full-cycle recruitment for all-level sales roles, ensuring a high-quality pipeline and efficient hiring process.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, interview best practices, and candidate experience guidance.
Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
Coordinate recruitment efforts across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Support change management initiatives related to recruitment tools, processes, and employer branding.
Qualifications & Experience
7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on Sales roles.
Previous experience in an agency recruiting environment is required.
Proven success in building and scaling recruitment processes for high-growth sales teams.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships across departments.
Experience executing change management plans for small to medium-sized projects.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable working independently and making decisions within defined boundaries.
Experience mentoring or coordinating small teams is a plus.
Relevant external qualifications in HR, recruitment, or related fields are a bonus.
Willing to report to Dallas, TX office 2+ days a week.
Salary Range $115,000-$125,000
