Stryker’s Joint Replacement Sales Recruitment team is growing! As the Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner, you will source, interview, and ultimately hire Clinical Specialists to join our high-performing salesforce. Execute strategic recruitment plans to support the full recruitment life cycle for a dedicated functional area. Building engaging and meaningful relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Act as the subject matter expert and consultant to the business on the recruitment process, labor market and hiring trends, best practices, and legal developments
Partner with Stryker’s Talent Attraction team and provide meaningful contributions to support employer branding efforts (e.g. contributes to Facebook, LinkedIn, either directly or by providing materials)
Identify continuous improvement opportunities to drive efficiencies
Create a seamless and satisfying candidate experience for all internal and external applicants.
Manage a high volume of requisitions at any given time
Builds and maintains relationships with HRBPs, hiring managers and other cross-functional partners
Optimize the Applicant Tracking System to manage the entire candidate process and ensure optimal employment practices, data integrity, and compliance with government regulations
What you need
Required qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 6+ years of work experience
2+ years of work experience
Preferred qualifications
Previous business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience
Full cycle sales recruiting experience in a corporate or agency environment
Clinical, medical device, or similar industry experience
Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, rapidly evolving business with competing priorities

- Puerto Rico: $64,400 - $94,400 USD Annual
- USN: $69,500 - $110,900 USD Annual
- US5: $73,000 - $116,400 USD Annual
- US10: $76,500 - $122,000 USD Annual
- US15: $79,900 - $127,500 USD Annual
- US20: $83,400 - $133,100 USD Annual
- US30: $90,400 - $144,200 USD Annual
