About the role:
We’re looking for a passionate Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People team in Tel Aviv. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll have the opportunity to lead the E2E hiring process, advise and partner closely with hiring managers, profile the best candidates, stay current on innovative recruiting technology, trends, and practices and bring in the best talent and provide an impactful and memorable candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct HR interviews, convey your feedback about the cultural and personal match to the teams, and the position
- Build strong relationships with candidates, and work to continually improve our candidate experience
- Develop a talent pipeline by focusing on direct sourcing, referrals, and other creative, low-cost sourcing strategies to ensure a consistent top-of-the-funnel pipeline of qualified candidates
- Analyze data and trends and identify ways to improve our recruiting process
- Collaborate with HR on process improvements, events, employer branding, and various other initiatives
- Manage the full recruitment life-cycle, focusing on roles across R&D, Product, and Design and potentially a variety of other areas
Qualifications:
- 4+ years proven experience managing E2E hiring process in a technology company, preferably at a high-growth company
- 3+ years of sourcing and researching using various tools and platforms
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills with the demonstrated ability to successfully influence stakeholders at all levels
- Proficiency with recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques, and software collaboration tools
- Experience meeting candidates and assessing their skills, ability, and fit
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
