Make Your Mark:
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at BlackLine you are charged with managing the recruitment lifecycle across assigned client groups and delivering a candidate experience of excellence. You will exemplify BlackLine's amazing culture while engaging candidates and hiring stakeholders. You will have the opportunity to be a trusted advisor to our hiring teams, impacting interview and debrief outcomes.
You will be responsible for multiple hiring managers and teams across BlackLine, with a critical focus on local hiring in Bucharest. You will partner with the business to create sourcing strategies that will attract diverse talent that is second to none. You'll Get To:
- Manage the full cycle recruiting process to meet hiring goals.
- Own the candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle.
- Create sourcing strategies to attract diverse talent and partner with internal stakeholders to successfully execute.
- Advise hiring managers and stakeholders on interview best practices throughout the recruitment process.
- Partner and manage third party agencies to augment talent pipelines when needed.
- Facilitate debriefs with stakeholders to eliminate any subjectivity in the evaluation process and ensure an objective outcome focused on critical core competencies and success behaviors for the role.
- Develop strong relationships across a wide range of talent as well as internal stakeholders, human resources, and hiring managers to accomplish recruiting focused business objectives.
- Create candidate outreach campaigns and activities to engage passive talent.
- Proactively source passive candidates from a variety of competitive environments.
- Document required process steps and candidate activity in ATS to ensure reporting, metrics and forecasted hiring is most current for leadership.
What You'll Bring:
- 5-7+ years of recruiting experience.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience working with a variety of recruitment focused systems and tools.
- Understanding of evolving market conditions and passive candidate sourcing techniques.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to tie talent acquisition activities to key business objectives.
- Experience with a variety of sourcing strategies and research tools.
- Experience creating marketing campaigns targeting passive candidates.
- Experience hosting recruitment events and building employer brand presence through recruitment marketing activites.
- Ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
We're Even More Excited If You Have:
- GTM experience highly preferred (Professional Services, Customer Success & Support).
- Enterprise SaaS and/or Fintech recruiting experience is a plus.
- Global and/or Public company experience preferred.
