About the Role
The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for technical roles across the organization. This role will focus on optimizing and standardizing our recruitment processes while enhancing the overall candidate and hiring manager experience. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of full-cycle experience in technical recruitment and a proven track record of building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment process for technical roles, from job posting and sourcing to interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Analyze and improve existing recruitment processes to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and the candidate experience.
- Develop and implement standardized recruitment practices and tools to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide guidance on talent strategies, and ensure alignment throughout the hiring process.
- Advocate for a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication, providing timely feedback, and ensuring a respectful and engaging interview process.
- Utilize various sourcing methods (social media, networking, job boards, etc.) to identify and attract top technical talent.
- Leverage recruitment metrics and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions to improve processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor practices to effectively position Equip as an employer of choice.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on technical recruitment (engineering, product, data).
- Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize and standardize processes to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
- Experience using data and analytics to drive recruitment decisions and improvements.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive and innovative mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Physical Demands
- Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
