We're looking for a Technical Recruiter & Recruiting Coordinator to become our first Talent Acquisition team member based in India. In this hybrid role, you'll partner with our global Talent Acquisition team and engineering leaders to hire exceptional technical talent while ensuring a seamless candidate experience. You'll play a key role in scaling our engineering teams across Delhi and Bangalore, owning both recruiting and recruiting operations.
What You'll Do:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for technical and engineering roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruiting strategies.
- Source, engage, and screen high-quality engineering talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring.
- Guide candidates through the interview process from initial outreach through offer acceptance.
- Provide hiring managers with market insights, pipeline updates, and hiring recommendations.
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience while representing Shield AI's mission and values
- Coordinate interview schedules across multiple interviewers and time zones.
- Manage interview logistics, candidate communications, and interview documentation.
- Coordinate candidate travel
- Maintain accurate candidate records and data integrity within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Partner with the global Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting processes and operational efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- 3 - 6 years of experience in technical recruiting role.
- Experience recruiting software or engineering talent.
- Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter and other recruiting platforms.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS); Ashby experience is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting within AI, robotics, aerospace, autonomy, or other deep technology industries.
- Experience supporting hiring across multiple office locations or global teams.
- Experience in a high-growth startup or technology company.
- Passion for process improvement and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.
