- Own the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing, interviews, offer management and onboarding
- Build high-quality, diverse candidate pipelines using proactive sourcing, social media, and networks
- Partner hiring managers on driving recruiting strategy end to end including best practices in selection and assessment process, team growth strategies in alignment with workforce plans and organisational design
- Identify inefficiencies and implement solutions to enhance time-to-fill and quality of talent pipeline
- Track, analyse, and report recruitment data to drive continuous improvement in hiring strategy and candidate experience
- Champion employer branding by building awareness and provide market talent intelligence
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders on people-related matters, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and inclusion

- Deep sourcing skills, experienced with a variety of channels and tools (e.g. LinkedIn, Boolean search, talent mapping)
