Our Talent Acquisition team is searching for a (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner. You will play a pivotal role in helping Moss attract and hire the right talent for our Engineering teams across all our hubs (i.e. Back-/Front-End Engineers, Platform Engineers, Data Analysts across Berlin, Warsaw and Tallinn).

Your responsibilities 

• Sourcing, screening & managing candidates  - identify, attract and engage with talent by using different sourcing techniques and channels. Manage the entire candidate journey from initial contact, coordinating interviews to offer management, ensuring a high quality candidate experience.

• Vacancy briefings - drive new role briefings, and ask insightful questions, that will help all parties to have an aligned understanding on the relevant candidate profile. Challenge and coach hiring managers in thinking about what they need now and for the future of their teams.

• Reporting & Process improvement - deliver reports that showcase TA performance and insights. Identify proactively bottlenecks and single-handedly implement experiments and improvements.

• Stakeholder management - Develop healthy and sustainable relationships with senior leadership, team leads and interviewers.

About you

We think you’ll need the following experience and qualifications to succeed in the role:

• Previous experience in hiring high-caliber commercial talent, using your sourcing skills to engage with candidates.

• You are fluent in English.

• Good judgement - you’re able to take in observations, information, and insights, in order to objectively determine the right course of action in all situations.

• Trustworthy and credible  - you manage expectations, and build relationships based on a desire to help and support.

The interview process will include an online assessment as an initial step, followed by a Hiring Manager Call, a Live Case Study and a Final In-person Interview in one of our offices.
