About the Team

Workday is growing and exponentially in India! To support this growth, we will be opening a brand-new Workday office to house a dedicated Product and Technology hub in Chennai. To launch our new office we are building a team of Talent Acquisition Partners, we're super excited about what's ahead!

About the Role

TA Partners at Workday are trusted advisors to our stakeholders and leaders. We partner with them to coach and advise them on attraction, selection and hiring of talent.

About You

So, what are we looking for?Recruiter Skill Based Requirements

  • Your network and experience is in tech hiring for Technology organisations like Workday in India.

  • While we have strong passive sourcing channels, those who find success in sourcing their own candidates perform best. This is a core requirement

  • Candidate management, screening and closing skills need to be exceptional

  • You're experienced at multiple hiring approaches; pool based hiring and bulk hiring for product organisations are core requirements

  • You have great energy, you're proactive and are highly organised

  • You hold yourself and your workmates to a high set of standards. Your vibe is not about doing "just enough", it's about doing the very best you can do every day.
