What you’ll get to do
At PlanRadar, we’re scaling fast—and we’re looking for a strategic (Senior) Talent Acquisition Partner who’s passionate about finding and hiring exceptional talent. If you're excited about driving recruitment in Sales, Development, Product etc for a growing SaaS scale-up, this one’s for you!
AMONG OTHER THINGS YOU WILL
- Partner with business leaders to deeply understand their hiring needs.
- Develop smart, data-driven hiring strategies aligned with business goals.
- Proactively source and engage top active and passive talent.
- Work closely with HRBPs to align hiring with workforce planning.
- Drive process improvements, from metrics, AI features to tooling.
- Be a PlanRadar ambassador, promoting our EVP and culture at every touchpoint.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have proven experience recruiting different roles in-house.
- You have a strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills.
- You are familiar with SaaS and fast-paced, evolving TA environments.
- You are data-savvy: use metrics to steer decisions and improve results.
- You are a strong communicator with a collaborative, proactive attitude.
- You have excellent spoken and written German and business English skills.
