Johnson & Johnson is currently seeking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, supporting our Pharmaceutical sector in France and acting as Single Market Recruiter for both sectors (Pharmaceutical/MedTech) in Portugal.
You will be part of the J&J Innovative Medicine Talent Acquisition Team and be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for our Commercial Operating Companies (Sales, Marketing, Business Intelligence and Medical Affairs positions).
In this role, you will work closely with your business ensuring that we hire the best talent and provide outstanding Talent Acquisition support and partnership.
The role is Hybrid and can be located either in France (Issy les Moulineaux), CZ (Prague), or Portugal (Lisboa).
Core Responsibilities :
- Partner with Business Leaders, Hiring Managers and Human Resources to deliver the best-in-class recruitment service for internal and external hirings
- Demonstrate an agile mindset by embracing new technologies, including AI, in the full cycle recruiting process to develop and execute sourcing strategies, build sustainable candidate pipelines and accurately assess candidates
- Act as strategic Talent Advisor and translate business insights into a tangible recruiting strategy, showcasing your strong business acumen, deep market knowledge, and understanding of recruitment trends
- Drive increased quality of hire, enabling process excellence in recruiting and fostering a strategic talent advisor mindset
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by fostering positive interactions and therefore strengthening a robust talent pipeline for the future
- Actively manage relationships with Hiring Managers by setting clear expectations, managing risks, following up and setting clear deadlines and responsibilities during the recruiting process
- Prepare the offer package recommendation in line with Total Reward guidelines and get business approvals
Experience & Capabilities Required :
- French native speaker, fluent English; knowledge of additional language (Portuguese) is an advantage
- An experienced recruiter with 360 recruitment experience managing volume, complexity and niche roles within an in-house recruitment team
- Operational excellence and subject matter experts in country specifics / regulations (preferably France and Portugal) while upholding confidentiality and compliance
- Resilience and persistence, comfortable navigating ambiguity
- Strong strategic mindset and business acumen across multiple fields and a demonstrated capability in recruiting for a wide variety of roles and levels in multiple functions required
- Strong capability in talent scouting, direct sourcing of candidates, assessing, hiring, and managing talent is required
- Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and experience with Workday Recruit or a similar applicant tracking system
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities as well as formal presentation and facilitation skills are required
- High learning agility with special focus on digital/AI and data analytics
