We are seeking a highly driven Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to support hiring across all non-engineering functions. This role will partner closely with business leaders to attract exceptional talent across Commercial, Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Customer Experience, Marketing, HR, and Corporate Functions.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has experience recruiting senior and business-critical talent within fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, technology, or other high-growth industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate functions.
- Partner with executives and hiring managers to understand talent needs and workforce plans.
- Build pipelines for leadership, specialist, and high-impact individual contributor roles.
- Conduct talent mapping and market benchmarking exercises to support hiring decisions.
- Advise stakeholders on talent availability, compensation trends, and hiring strategies.
- Drive sourcing initiatives through LinkedIn Recruiter, networking, referrals, and direct market outreach.
- Ensure a high-quality and consistent candidate experience.
- Manage multiple hiring priorities simultaneously while maintaining strong hiring quality.
- Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
- Collaborate with HRBP and leadership teams on strategic workforce planning projects.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of recruitment experience with strong exposure to business and corporate function hiring.
- Experience recruiting for functions such as Product, Operations, Finance, Risk, Compliance, Marketing, Customer Support, HR, or Executive hiring.
- Prior experience in fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, technology, internet, financial services, or high-growth startups preferred.
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Ability to influence senior hiring managers and executives.
- Excellent English communication and presentation skills.
- Data-driven and highly organized with strong execution capabilities.
Skills Required
