Our global People team is growing, and we’re looking for a People Operations Partner to support our People and HR function. This position is built around transactional excellence — owning the day-to-day administration of HR processes with a high degree of accuracy, consistency, and adherence to defined procedures.
You will serve as a reliable point of contact for employees and HRBPs alike, supporting people programs that span the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance reviews, promotions, career development, engagement, recognition, and retention. A significant portion of this role is dedicated to timekeeping support for our Philippines employee population. You will report to the Director of People Operations and work closely with our global HR teams.
This role requires strong attention to detail, a process-first mindset, and the ability to execute with precision at scale. You’ll engage directly with employees and business leaders to ensure our programs are simple, consistent, and genuinely add value across the organization.
YOU WILL:
Provide timekeeping support for our Philippines employee population, including accurate tracking, correction, and reconciliation of time and attendance data using Jeonsoft ESS and Workday.
Execute day-to-day HR administration with precision, including onboarding, offboarding, leaves of absence, job changes, payroll review support, compliance, benefits administration, and employment data maintenance.
Manage HR JIRA ticketing end-to-end — from intake through resolution and escalation — ensuring every request is handled accurately and within established timelines.
Administer key HRIS platforms including Workday, maintaining data integrity and system accuracy across all records.
Support execution of programs across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, internal transfers, and offboarding
Document and maintain People Operations policies, processes, and procedures, keeping them current and accessible.
Apply a global mindset to ensure all programs and processes are inclusive and consistent for employees wherever they are located.
Partner closely with HR colleagues, demonstrating strong written and verbal communication at every touchpoint.
Anticipate process gaps and data missteps before they occur, proactively improving the accuracy and reliability of our operations.
Challenge outdated approaches with intellectual curiosity, knowing that continuous improvement is part of the job.
YOU HAVE:
2+ years of experience in HR administration, project coordination, or a related operations function.
Experienced with Jeonsoft ESS and Workday for timekeeping and HRIS administration; familiarity with supporting Philippines-based employees is a strong plus.
Someone who genuinely geeks out on getting processes right, you notice inefficiencies, document them, and actually do something about them.
Comfortable with structure and procedures, but always asking "how could this be better?" and not afraid to say it out loud.
Tech-forward and systems-curious; you pick up new tools quickly and love finding out what they can actually do.
A strong problem-solver who can navigate ambiguity while keeping execution on track.
