- Define, design, and execute recruitment strategies for institutional sales, retail sales, marketing, and growth roles as new positions are prioritized
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and marketing teams to ensure the business meets its growth targets
- Partner with HRBP to manage offer negotiations, onboarding, and candidate communications
- Capture and maintain market, client, and candidate insights to inform recruitment strategy and support OKX’s growth plans
- Provide expert guidance to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview processes, and candidate evaluation
- Collaborate with business leaders to understand growth priorities, talent needs, and market trends
- 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally supporting sales, marketing, or growth functions in a corporate or high-growth environment
- Proven ability to identify, engage, and close top talent, including passive candidates
- Experience building strong partnerships with cross-functional teams and senior management
- Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Experience using market insights and recruitment data to guide hiring decisions
- Previous experience in financial services, fintech, or crypto-related industries
- Strong passion for crypto, digital assets, and emerging financial technologies
- Experience in global or multi-market recruitment
