As our Senior Talent Acquisition Manager for Tech, you will be the strategic force behind building our world-class engineering organization. You will partner directly with leadership across software, hardware, and autonomy to hire the talent that designs and builds the future of autonomous ground systems.

This is more than a recruiting role; you are a critical partner in our mission. You will own the technical hiring strategy, from defining priorities to closing critical hires. You'll have the autonomy to design and implement initiatives that attract the best engineering minds, ensuring our technical teams have the talent needed to solve some of the toughest challenges in robotics and defense.

  • Proactive talent pipelines for our most critical and hard-to-fill technical roles through advanced sourcing, market mapping, and strategic outreach.

  • An end-to-end hiring journey for senior technical roles, where you own every step from initial outreach to final offer with precision and care.

What You Bring
  • A proven track record of over 5 years in full-cycle talent acquisition, with a strong focus on recruiting both software and hardware engineers.
  • Prior experience in a fast-growing deep-tech or technology scale-up is a significant plus.
  • Expertise in advanced sourcing, market mapping, and building strong talent pipelines for highly specialized and senior technical roles.
  • A data-first mindset, with the ability to use metrics to inform your strategy, influence senior engineering leaders, and drive results.
  • A genuine passion for creating an outstanding candidate experience and a drive for continuous innovation in technical recruitment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the credibility and confidence to act as a trusted advisor to tech leadership.
  • The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-velocity environment, adapting quickly to evolving technical priorities.
  • Professional fluency in English is required; German language skills are an advantage.
