Lead government affairs and political engagement for Germany and Europe. Engineers independently drive projects while collaborating with international teams developing autonomous systems and sensors for defense and first-responder applications.

Build and lead the indirect procurement function across multiple sites and countries. Develop sourcing strategies, run tenders and RFQs, negotiate contracts and pricing, manage suppliers and recurring services, maintain procurement master data, and improve purchasing processes. The role also establishes compliant procurement policies, implements e-procurement solutions, and reports on spend and supplier performance. It requires strong stakeholder management, ERP and e-procurement experience, German and English fluency, and several years of indirect procurement experience.

Owns strategic procurement and category strategies for electronic components, mechanical assemblies, and embedded systems. Leads RFQ/RFP processes, supplier evaluation, negotiations, contracting, total-cost analysis, and supplier performance management. Builds resilient supply networks, assesses market and geopolitical risks, and develops localization and redundancy strategies for defense and dual-use hardware. Collaborates with Engineering, Technical Program Management, and Production to support reliable scaling from development through series production.

As a Production Supervisor, oversee daily manufacturing operations, lead the production team, ensure quality standards, and optimize workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support capacity planning while driving continuous improvement in production processes.

Lead and improve the company Quality Management System, plan and run internal/external audits, manage supplier quality, define quality metrics and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and supply chain in a defense technology environment.

Manage daily procurement for direct materials and components, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery tracking, supplier coordination, RFQs, and discrepancy resolution. Maintain accurate SAP purchasing and supplier data, monitor open orders and critical delivery dates, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support production and project execution.

The Senior Operational Safety Engineer will ensure the safety of defense systems by conducting risk assessments, developing safety cases, and collaborating with teams on safety standards and procedures.

Lead and scale People Operations by owning HR processes, HRIS and compliance, driving automation and analytics, advising managers on employee relations and organizational changes, and supporting visa/relocation and People & Culture initiatives.

Create and maintain structured, regulation-compliant technical documentation for military and dual-use robotic systems (user manuals, maintenance guides, CE packages, schematics, and electronic documentation). Collaborate with systems engineering, safety, and product teams to ensure accuracy, change control, and customer-facing materials that support safe deployment, certification, and field operations.

Design, build, and maintain Software-in-the-Loop (SIL) simulation environments for autonomous ground vehicles. Integrate virtual sensors/actuators, develop realistic scenarios, automate simulation validation into CI/CD, analyze sim-to-real gaps, translate field tests into reproducible scenarios, and collaborate with hardware and autonomy teams to improve fidelity and deployment confidence.

Provide on-site IT support in Kyiv and contribute to global IT operations: administer Okta and Google Workspace, manage endpoints with Workspace ONE, triage tickets in Jira Service Management, maintain Wi‑Fi/switches/firewalls, manage hardware lifecycle, enforce security policies, and build technical documentation.

Lead product security across the lifecycle of autonomous ground systems, including security requirements, threat modeling, architecture reviews, DevSecOps integration, supply-chain security, vulnerability management, security training, and regulatory compliance. Partner with software, systems, cloud, and leadership teams to embed secure-by-default practices and protect cloud, embedded, and operational technology environments.

Design and build core software architecture for autonomous and teleoperated unmanned ground vehicles. Develop scalable robotics platforms, distributed communication systems, real-time and performance-critical software, component integrations, and system-level APIs. Optimize multithreaded systems, establish engineering best practices, perform testing and validation, and mentor engineers. Work across embedded Linux or QNX environments using C++, Python, and protocols such as CAN and Ethernet.

Create digital and print marketing assets (social posts, brochures, presentations, booth graphics, event materials). Translate technical topics into clear visuals, support trade-fair planning and execution, adapt brand guidelines, maintain design templates and asset libraries, and collaborate with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Communications to deliver timely, high-quality visual content.

Serve as the R&D-production interface owning NPI: create and maintain production documentation (mBOM, work instructions), define manufacturing processes, lead DFA/DFM reviews, run pilot/zero-series builds, manage Golden Sample/FAI, qualify tooling/fixtures, train production staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure scalable, quality production.

Lead design and operation of physical security across offices and facilities. Implement access control, CCTV, intrusion detection, and perimeter measures. Develop standards, conduct site assessments, manage external security providers, plan executive protection and event security, lead incident response, and embed security in new site launches while collaborating with Facilities, IT, and authorities.

The Senior Electrical Engineer will develop electrical designs, maintain EPLAN environments, ensure compliance with standards, and mentor engineers in the team.

The Senior Key Account Manager will develop key relationships within the defense sector, drive revenue growth, and coordinate customer engagements while collaborating internally to ensure customer satisfaction and strategic alignment.
