Lead government affairs and political engagement for Germany and Europe. Own requirements engineering and management across the development lifecycle, ensuring quality, traceability, baselines, verification coverage, and alignment with architecture. Administer and improve Jama Connect and Cameo Systems Modeler, maintain requirements and architecture standards, develop dashboards and engineering metrics, support systems engineering activities, and facilitate cross-functional reviews. The role advises project teams and collaborates with architecture, development, testing, safety, security, quality, product management, and project management in a technically complex defense technology environment.

Integrate Mithra OS with customer operational systems, develop custom software extensions and data flows, lead technical deployments and field demonstrations, troubleshoot autonomous systems in challenging environments, and translate customer needs into product feedback. The role requires strong systems thinking across software, hardware, networks, and field operations, along with hands-on C++ and ROS2 experience.

Build and operate a scalable simulation platform for autonomous robotics, including cloud and on-premise infrastructure, distributed job orchestration, resource scheduling, monitoring, developer APIs, CLI tools, CI/CD integration, and high-performance compute, GPU, storage, and observability foundations. The role connects ROS2 middleware, vehicle software, and simulation engines while improving automated validation and reliability.

Build high-fidelity simulation environments and synthetic camera and LiDAR data for autonomous off-road vehicles. Develop scenarios, data augmentation, domain randomization, and Sim2Real pipelines to improve perception and autonomy systems. Build and lead the indirect procurement function across multiple sites and countries. It requires strong stakeholder management, ERP and e-procurement experience, German and English fluency, and several years of indirect procurement experience.

Lead and improve the company Quality Management System, plan and run internal/external audits, manage supplier quality, define quality metrics and corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement across engineering, operations, and supply chain in a defense technology environment.

Manage daily procurement for direct materials and components, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery tracking, supplier coordination, RFQs, and discrepancy resolution. Maintain accurate SAP purchasing and supplier data, monitor open orders and critical delivery dates, and coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and logistics partners to support production and project execution.

The Senior Operational Safety Engineer will ensure the safety of defense systems by conducting risk assessments, developing safety cases, and collaborating with teams on safety standards and procedures.

Lead and scale People Operations by owning HR processes, HRIS and compliance, driving automation and analytics, advising managers on employee relations and organizational changes, and supporting visa/relocation and People & Culture initiatives.

Create and maintain structured, regulation-compliant technical documentation for military and dual-use robotic systems (user manuals, maintenance guides, CE packages, schematics, and electronic documentation). Serve as the R&D-production interface owning NPI: create and maintain production documentation (mBOM, work instructions), define manufacturing processes, lead DFA/DFM reviews, run pilot/zero-series builds, manage Golden Sample/FAI, qualify tooling/fixtures, train production staff, and drive continuous improvement to ensure scalable, quality production.
