Apply safety standards including ISO 13849, MIL-STD-882E, and IEC 61508 across mission-critical systems.

Coordinate national and international shipments of robotic systems, spare parts, demo equipment, and other goods. Manage bookings, pickups, deliveries, customs documentation, export declarations, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics records. Collaborate with production, procurement, warehouse, and project teams to ensure shipment readiness and resolve operational issues. The role requires logistics and freight-forwarding experience, knowledge of customs procedures and Incoterms, strong attention to detail, and German and English communication skills.

Lead ARX Robotics’ international business development strategy across defense markets, driving pipeline growth, government tenders, strategic partnerships, capture planning, and complex contract wins. Build relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, OEMs, system integrators, and partners while shaping market-entry strategies across Europe and NATO-aligned initiatives. Analyze competitive and procurement environments, represent the company at industry events, and develop a high-performing international business development team.

Lead ARX Robotics’ legal function in Ukraine, advising executive leadership on corporate governance, defense procurement, export controls, sanctions, regulatory compliance, contracts, litigation, intellectual property, employment law, and military-related obligations. Build scalable legal processes, manage external counsel, coordinate with German headquarters and international regulators, and support the company’s growth in autonomous defense technology.

Build and lead a technical training and workforce qualification capability for personnel operating, maintaining, and supporting autonomous defense systems. Responsibilities include defining role-based qualification profiles, developing curricula and practical assessments, implementing train-the-trainer and certification programs, managing training records, planning workforce capacity, and ensuring technical or procedural changes are reflected in training requirements. The role coordinates across maintenance, engineering, product, operations, and customer-facing teams while scaling enablement across service hubs.

Owns global public-sector tender processes from opportunity qualification through compliant submission, award, and handover. Coordinates Legal, Sales, Finance, and Tech, manages bid schedules and deadlines, develops reusable proposal content, evaluates go/no-go decisions, and conducts post-tender reviews. The role requires strong procurement knowledge, commercial understanding, precise writing, compliance awareness, and fluent German and English.

Lead ARX Robotics’ business development strategy across Scandinavia. Build relationships with defense ministries, armed forces, government stakeholders, and industry partners; manage complex sales cycles through contract closure; identify strategic partnerships; represent the company at events and demonstrations; translate customer needs into opportunities; and manage pipeline, forecasts, proposals, and market intelligence.

Provides UK-focused commercial and legal counsel across contracts, tenders, partnerships, procurement, compliance, export controls, sanctions, data protection, governance, and corporate matters. The role drafts and negotiates agreements, advises business teams on legal risks, coordinates external counsel, supports compliance initiatives, and helps establish scalable legal processes within a regulated defense technology company.

Own the end-to-end supply chain across demand planning, procurement, international logistics, customs coordination, warehousing, inventory, and delivery. Own HR operations for ARX Robotics’ Kyiv office, partnering with leadership and global People & Organisation teams. Responsibilities include Ukrainian labor-law compliance, HR administration, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, recruitment support, learning and development, manager coaching, policy localization, records, and reporting. The role coordinates local HR administration and supports talent growth, retention, and organizational effectiveness in a regulated defense technology environment.

Manage the Kyiv office environment, administrative systems, correspondence, documentation, vendors, assets, travel coordination, meetings, events, and office culture. Serve as a key communication point while ensuring a well-organized, welcoming, and productive workplace. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, Google Workspace and spreadsheet proficiency, Ukrainian and English communication skills, discretion, initiative, and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Tests, validates, troubleshoots, and improves integrated robotic hardware and software systems. The role investigates complex bugs, develops diagnostic scripts, verifies communication layers and robotic platforms, supports field deployments, and collaborates with software and systems engineers to improve reliability and operational readiness.

Lead product security across autonomous ground systems, from architecture through deployment. Build security programs, threat models, risk assessments, and secure development practices; integrate automated testing into CI/CD; evaluate software supply chains and vulnerabilities; conduct architecture reviews; and guide compliance with industrial, defense, and European cybersecurity regulations. Partner with engineering, leadership, customers, and auditors while delivering training and practical security mitigations.

Provides technical leadership for safety- and security-critical embedded firmware in defense products. Owns architecture, requirements traceability, bare-metal and RTOS implementation, device drivers, bootloaders, secure updates, hardware-security integration, testing, verification, and qualification.
