As (Senior) Talent Acquisition Manager - Tech (f/m/d), you are responsible for growing our product, design & engineering team - we expect to roughly double in size in 2025, which means you will lead the charge on finding and catching the next generation of rembears! You will be the face of remberg towards all tech applicants. You will be responsible for a best in class candidate experience and eventually recruiting the best talent on the market, while ensuring their strong fit to our company values and culture. You act as a true business partner, closely collaborating with our highly engaged hiring managers.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • You lead full-cycle recruitment for critical engineering, product, and design roles, with a strong emphasis on sourcing top talent
  • You play a vital role in sourcing best-in-class talent and optimizing pipelines to support the company’s growth
  • You collaborate with hiring managers to streamline processes and create tailored candidate experiences
  • You partner with external recruiters as needed to enhance sourcing efforts
  • You drive projects, including scorecard development, interviewer training, and employer branding initiatives for tech talents
  • You track, improve, and own accountability for meeting talent acquisition KPIs.

You are looking for a challenging, fast-paced environment and have already proven in a similar position that you can work independently in a data-driven, highly reliable and structured manner.

Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in tech sourcing and recruiting, preferably in small, fast-paced companies or high-growth startups
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring top talent for product, design, and engineering roles
  • Strong advisory and communication skills to understand stakeholder needs and build lasting partnerships

Candidate Engagement:

  • Hands-on approach to sourcing, with a passion for identifying and engaging candidates
  • Empathetic communicator, able to build rapport quickly and generate excitement about opportunities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
