As part of our team, you’ll help industrial companies harness the power of AI to tackle their most pressing challenges: labor shortages, increasing complexity of assets, and global competitive pressure.

As a Working Student in People & Culture (F/M/D), you’ll play a key role in building and shaping our Talent Acquisition function from the ground up. You’ll work closely with our team to drive recruitment initiatives, conduct first-round interviews, and create impactful presentations. You’ll also help build our social media presence and get hands-on in developing creative campaigns.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support building and refining recruitment processes
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assess cultural fit and help source top talent
• Create engaging slides and recruitment materials
• Assist in growing our social media presence and employer brand
• Take on various creative tasks to strengthen our talent strategy

YOUR PROFILE

• Proactive and self-driven with the ability to think outside-of-the-box
• Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus)
• Interest in HR, recruitment, and building a scalable people function
• Hands-on mindset with a willingness to work in a fast-paced, international environment
• Experience with social media platforms is a plus
• Currently enrolled in a university program (bachelor or master) and available preferrably 16+ hours/week
